infinite water

Applications

One solution for many types of water.

In the past, different types of water required different technologies for effective treatment. Our HYDROXON™ Technology provides one core technology that can treat:

Globally, groundwater is becoming increasingly polluted by the day. Given that 98% of our already limited freshwater supply comes from groundwater, Infinite Water is committed to supplying an affordable and effective process to treat and disinfect this water.

Groundwater contamination occurs when man-made products such as pesticides, road salts, fertilisers, toxic substances from mine sites, leaking landfills or untreated sewage  find their way into groundwater supplies.

Groundwater can also have naturally occurring high levels of heavy metals or metalloids such as arsenic or iron that make it unsuitable for consumption.

Infinite Water’s HYDROXON™ systems treat groundwater (from aquifers/bores) to:

  • Supply safe drinking water
  • Provide water for irrigation
  • Supply pure water for industrial processes
  • Dewater construction sites for discharge

When treating groundwater, Infinite Water systems:

  • Disinfect water by killing and completely inactivating waterborne pathogens: including bacteria, viruses and other micro-organisms
  • Degrade chemicals into non-toxic elements: including household chemicals, hormones, pesticides, herbicides and industrial chemicals
  • Remove bad taste and odour
  • Remove heavy metals: including lead, arsenic, manganese, iron, aluminium, copper, nickel, cadmium and mercury
  • Retain essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium in the water for optimal health
  • Low maintenance – replacement of cartridge every 5 - 10 years
  • High water efficiency – over 95% of input water is converted into output water
  • Small foot print – approximately 4 times smaller than conventional treatment processes

DESIGN

Infinite Water’s systems are modular and can be custom engineered to meet specific requirements.  Infinite Water’s proprietary technology can also be integrated with conventional water treatment processes such as reverse osmosis to significantly improve efficiency, reliability and reduce costs.

CAPACITY

The capacities of the systems range between 5000 litres/day to 200 million litres/day.
